Flatbed laser cutting centres with automatic magazines

In the Cutting Department, quality and speed are guaranteed by the operation of two powerful, new-generation Fibre Laser Cutting Centres, served by high-performance automatic sheet metal magazines with 4.0 technology, also with a view to saving energy resources and reducing environmental impact. Thanks to the power of the 12,000 W cutting centre, we are able to cut large thicknesses of up to 30 mm iron and 25 mm aluminium, as well as many other materials.

3D Fibre

Extremely interesting is the technology of the latest generation 4.0 3D FIBER LASER, which can complete the sheet metal deep-drawing/moulding cycle by trimming the parts after the process implemented in the adjacent Press Department. In addition, with the 5-axis laser it is possible to cut complex three-dimensional parts on various raw materials.
