Sheet metal bending with CNC technology in Bologna

ICOS Lavorazione Lamiere has state-of-the-art CNC machinery for sheet metal bending operations, with highly specialised personnel to analyse feasibility and manufacture to customer drawings.

Typically, the sheet metal bending process takes place after the laser cutting process, optimising the production of prototypes and small to medium series, while on large series, the convenience of making moulds and executing the parts in the stamping department is evaluated.

In the Bending Department there are state-of-the-art bending machines, capable of processing different types of materials such as aluminium alloys, iron, stainless steel, brass and copper.

The bending service is carried out with powers from 50 to 125 tonnes, up to 3 metres.
